News & Updates

@BBCBritain chose to live stream a concert by the Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra of London last night! We were delighted to be invited to perform as part of #GreenwichMozartFestival at the beautiful St Alfege Church. Did you know that Thomas Tallis is buried there?

You can watch part of the live stream here.

I have listened to this album many times over the last week and find it absolutely captivating. The album is full of some of my favourite pieces of music and is performed by two stunning musicians who bring out the quality of their instruments and the music to the full. The flute and piano compliment each other perfectly and the tone of the flute brings out a mystic and romantic feel in this beautiful selection of pieces.
Treat yourself or your friends and family to this wonderful CD!

Many congratulations to everyone who worked on The Moo Moo man which has just won the BAFTA award for Best British Documentary at the British Independent Film Awards! The wonderful Stephen Daltry created the soundtrack to both The Moo Moo Man and The Lost World of Mr Hardy, both of which I was delighted to play for.

The Lost World of Mr Hardy tells an evocative story of quality and ethically based manufacturing through... a gorgeous musical score — breathtaking in its simplicity, beauty and effectiveness. It perfectly amplifies a tale about delicacy, nature and the bittersweet hope that such things might survive in our brave new world.

Ken Russell - The Times (Oct 30, 2009)

"Stephen Daltry’s attractive chamber score... captures the surroundings’ pastoral beauty"

Dennis Harvey - Variety (Feb 4, 2013)

'Absolutely amazing'

Deborah Ross - The Spectator (Jul 13, 2013)

"Stephen Daltry's sometimes funny, sometimes poignant soundtrack"

Tim Relf - Farmers Weekly (Jan 13, 2013)
