How to use your breath to cope with anxiety & panic attacks

I hope that you are all safe and well at this difficult time. 

Obviously as a flautist but also as a coach & therapist I talk about breathing a lot!

I made a short video to help anyone who is feeling anxious or even having panic attacks, sometimes for the first time. After a short explanation about why you have these symptoms I will show you how you can very easily use your breath to relax and move into a much more resourceful state. It's safe and easy for adults and children.
